Teaching

I have helped teaching various courses, from bioinformatics to conservation biology, and molecular techniques to scientific writing. Further, I've supervised BSc. and MSc. students, and am part of the supervision team for several PhD students.

Togethers with colleagues, we've designed RADCamp, a course on RAD sequencing and downstream data processing. We taught the course on various occasions in South America, the US, Europe and Africa. We did a special edition during ICCB 2023 in Kigali, Rwanda. More information about RADcamp and all resources can be found here.
