All of my projects are highly collaborative efforts. I'm committed to positively contribute to making academia more inclusive, safe and accessible. We must remain cognizant of the landscape we operate in, and how historically groups of people have been excluded. By enhancing diversity and opportunity in this field, we will only stand stronger to tackle the challenges ahead of us.
